However, there is a solar eclipse falling the day after Diwali and hence, the Govardhan Puja cannot be celebrated on that day. There is a huge importance of Govardhan Puja 2022 in the Sanatan Dharma. It is celebrated mainly to remember the childhood stories of Lord Krishna.
