As per the Hindu Panchang, the first week of the month of June begins on the Dashami Tithi of Shukla Paksha, i.e. June 01, Monday. On the other hand, this week ends on the Dwitiya Tithi of Krishna Paksha i.e. 07 June, Sunday. According to Hindu Panchang this week, Ganga Dussehra will fall on June 1, Nirjala Ekadashi Fast will be observed on Tuesday, 2 June followed by Pradosh Vrat on 3rd June. The last fast of this week, which is Jyestha Purnima Fast as well as Kabir Jayanti will be observed by devotees on Friday, June 5.

Planetary Transits This Week
Talking about planetary transits for this week, there’s no major transit taking place. However, the planet Moon will be seen changing its placement throughout this week. It will be posited in the zodiac sign Virgo in the week’s beginning, i.e. on 1 June, and then move onto Libra when the midweek comes. After this, it will again transit and get into Scorpio, following which it will be seen in Sagittarius at the end of this week, i.e. on 7 June.
During this week, the Penumbral Lunar Eclipse will be observed on 5-6 June from 23:16 to 02:34 and will be visible in India, some parts of Africa, Asia and Australia and Europe.
