Raksha Bandhan Celebration on 12 August
We all are confused about the date of Raksha Bandhan 2022, whether it will be celebrated on the 11th or 12th of August. This is because the Pooranmashi Tithi is starting from 10:40 am on 11 August, 2022, and will end at 7:06 am on 12 August, 2022. Shravana Purnima Vrat 2022: Significance
The Purnima Tithi of Shravana month is known as Shravana Purnima. Devotees perform various rituals on this day which are of great significance, including ‘Yagyopaveet’ and ‘Upnayan’. This day is regarded as a pious day for conducting religious rituals and therefore, many Brahmins perform Shudhikaran on Shravana Purnima as well. Pavitropana
