The special rules for observing Shani Pradosh Vrat are as follows:

On the day of Shani Trayodashi, one must wake up before the sunrise.
After taking a bath, wear clean clothes, and then purify the worship place.
After that, make a small podium by using cow dung. Below that small podium, make a beautiful rangoli using five different colors.
Then worship Lord Shiva with complete rituals and use Belpatra, rice, lamp, incense, and holy Ganga water.
Do keep in mind that at the time of worship your face should be towards the north-east direction.
During the period of Pradosh, one can only consume Green gram as it is related to the Earth element.
One can observe complete fasting or can observe the fast on that day by eating only fruits.

Shani Trayodashi/Shani Pradosh Vrat 2023: Potent Remedies

In the morning fill a bowl with mustard oil, and then add a coin into that. After that, look at your shadow that is forming on the bowl, and then donate that bowl to Saturn’s temple. One is said to achieve extremely beneficial outcomes by providing their shadow on the day of Shani Trayodashi, and this donation is highly regarded as well.
In order to get relief from Saturn’s unfavorable effects and to receive its blessings, one could feed a black dog a sweet Chapati smeared with mustard oil on the day of Shani Trayodashi.

On the day of Shani Trayodashi, offer milk mixed with water to the roots of Ficus Religiosa, in order to get relief from Saturn’s agony and to attain mental peace. Keep five sweets there, and then remember your ancestors and worship the tree. After worshiping the tree, sit and then recite Sunderkand and then do 7 circumambulations.
