The festival of Chaitra Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Durga. During this period, the nine forms of Maa Durga are worshipped. • Aindra Yoga is being formed on 2nd April. Aindra Yoga will remain till 8:22 am, and after that Vaidhriti Yoga will be formed.

• On this day, people decorate Gudi in the morning after taking bath.

• There is a special significance of Abhyanga Snan during the Arunodaya period on the day of Gudi Padwa.
