Nityanand Swami took the oath for the post of first chief minister of Uttarakhand on 9th November 2000. Since then no BJP Chief Minister has been able to complete his full term including himself.
It was in pisces Sign and revati nakshatra, as per the current losing CM Trivendra Singh Rawat, due to this factor there is always inconsistency in the chief ministers completing their full term.
It seems somewhat logical also as Revati is considered to be one the gandanta Nakshatra where a sign ends. And it is not supposed to be good for such purposes as per few astrological texts.

However there is one more conspiracy theory going on in Dehradun as per the media reports that the new CM houses is haunted or has some vastu dosh due to which none of them has been able to complete their full term. Just 9 days before completing his 4th year Trivendra Singh Rawat was sacked by the top brass.
As far as the sacking of TSR is concerned there is one more theory going on, I was also one of the eye witnesses of the occasion. A few days ago from today 10.3.2021, TSR came to a very holy place called Kainchi Dham which is the place of neem karoli baba, and the Ashram is a place where no mobiles etc are allowed and no photography etc is allowed inside the premises. I was there that day too just by chance. Varun Gandhi also came last year and almost all the top brass from all governments and officials keep visiting here but no one dared to break the rules.
When Rawat came he had many photographers and videographers around and they were shooting every corner of the Ashram, I personally felt very bad and wanted to tell him to stop this nuisance but who can speak in front of a CM when all the top officials of the state are there. The Ashram people were also annoyed by this and we were speaking casually and I said he will not be the CM again ever. However, it is not even a fortnight and he is history now. Locals here also state this to be the reason. Uttarakhand is called Devabhoomi – not just like that but here many Hindu sages have done a lot of Tapasya and people have always bowed in front of them not shown them their materialistic power.
So the politicians of Uttarakhand believe that the CM house is haunted and also as we have seen the first oath was taken in a wrong Nakshatra and the sign. But it is strange as far as I know, BJP goes with the Hindu astrology for all the things and it is not possible that they didn’t consider the oath timing of the Chief Ministers of Uttarakhand. I have followed the oath timing of Shivraj Singh and Yogi Adityanath and they were in tune with what astrology says.
Now today Tirath Singh Rawat is going to take oath at 4pm in Dehradun. People are asking whether he will be able to turn the tables in favor of the BJP in 1 year or not, Lets see the oath timing of TSR-2.
At 16:04 he took oath as the 10th CM of Uttarakhand with a fixed time span of 1 year. The Lagna rising is Cancer and the Lagna is in the star of Mercury and in the sub of Jupiter. The lagna is aspected by the Moon and Saturn Jupiter mercury.
A clear indication that he is not going to have an easy ride. He will be having Venus’ Antara till September 2022 as per the Lagna oath chart.
