Chaitra Navratri 2023 Puja Rituals
For nine days during Chaitra Navratri, people fast and offer prayers to various forms of Goddess Durga. The auspicious time For Ghatasthapana is on 22nd March, 2023 from 6:23 am to 7:32 am.
Ghatasthapana is an important ritual performed during the Navratri Puja and it is performed on Pratipada, the first day of Navaratri, to kick off the nine-day celebrations. Ghatasthapana is also an invocation of Goddess Durga, also known as Kalash Sthapana. Kalash is set up on the first day of Chaitra Navratri and is regarded as extremely auspicious.
