Vasant Panchami Puja Rituals are commemorated generally after Sunrise and during the mid part of the day. However, if the Panchami Tithi begins after mid-day, then in such a situation Basant Panchami rituals are carried out the next day. But, the reason for celebrating Vasant Panchami the next is only viable when the Panchami Tithi does not begin before the mid part of the previous day. That is, Panchami Tithi should befall before noon. In all other circumstances, worshipping is done on the first day itself.
